婴儿肝脏孤立性绒毛膜癌一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿男，3个月。发现右上腹部肿块20余天，初期发热，最高达38℃，伴咳嗽、渐进性贫血。曾进行过对症治疗，未见明显好转。体检：患儿体瘦，面色蜡黄，心肺未及异常。右上腹可触及一包块，直径约10cm大小，质硬，表面结节感。脾未触及。彩超：右中腹实性包块。CT：肝母细胞瘤。
