摘要
该论文结合具体的生产实际,采用数值模拟分析与理论分析相结合的研究方法,对液压挖掘机的负载敏感多路阀的流道流场进行分析研究。通过仿真得到的压力场进行对比分析,找出其不同阀芯结构对多路阀压力场的影响,从而有利于减少阀内静压力的损失与气穴产生的几率,提高液压系统的性能。
This paper combining with the concrete production practice, using the research methods of numerical simulation analysis and theoretical analysis, to analysis the hydraulic excavator's load sensitive multi-way valve's runner and flow field.Based on the pressure field,finding out the different structures on the influences of the multi-way valve pressure field,then to reduce the loss of the static pressure in the valve and the risk of air-pockets, to improve the performance of the hydraulic system.
