摘要
本文针对互联网企业的业务发展特征,基于"3-4-8"商业模式分类体系和价值系统理论构建了互联网企业商业模式分析的价值系统模块化模型,然后对腾讯进行案例研究,借助于构建的分析范式分析腾讯公司不同时期商业模式创新的路径和特点,从而归纳商业模式模块化创新对企业价值创造的作用,进而实现企业资源的优化配置和整合,为我国互联网企业成长过程中商业模式的创新提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the development characteristics of Internet business enterprises, builds an internet's modu- larized value system model based on the "3 -4 -8" business model classification system and value system theory, then carries the case study on Tencent. The author uses the established model to analyze Tencent's business model innovation path and char- acteristics in different periods, thus summarizes the function that modularized business model innovation in value creation, and then optimizes the configuration and integration of industry resources, and provides a reference for innovation and growth process of China's Internet enterprises business model.
