摘要
目的：探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）患者行支气管舒张试验的护理。方法：选择60例符合FEV1基础值〈70%预计值的CVA患者,吸入沙丁胺醇200-400μg后测定基础肺功能,对患者从预约到检查结束给予全程护理。结果：60例符合FEV1基础值〈70%预计值的CVA患者顺利完成检查,阳性患者52例,占试验人数86.67%。结论：支气管舒张试验是咳嗽变异性哮喘的特异性检查方法之一。对反复发作的顽固性咳嗽患者进行支气管舒张试验有助于确认咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断。保证结果的准确性及顺利完成试验,护理配合具有极其重要的作用。
Objective：To explore the nursing of bronchial relaxation test in patients with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Method：60 CVA cases of baseline FEV1〈70% expected value were chosen, and pulmonary function were determined after inhaling albuterol 200-400 μg, and they were given nursing from making an appointment to end of checking.Result：60 cases completed examination,positive in 52 patients,accounted for 86.67%.Conclusion：Bronchial diastolic test is one of the specific inspection method of cough variant asthma.For patients with intractable cough with bronchial relaxation tests help to confirm the diagnosis of cough variant asthma.Complete test and ensure the accuracy of the results,nursing has an important role.
