摘要
以大花蕙兰‘爱神’♀×虎雪兰‘霞光’♂杂交组培苗为试材,用不同配比的LED光质进行照射,生长一段时间后,对叶片进行叶绿素含量测定,研究LED不同光质配比组合对该种兰花杂交组培苗叶绿素含量的影响,以期为LED光源对植物组织培养的研究提供数据参考和理论依据。结果表明:RBW(红∶蓝∶白)为6∶1∶1处理下,该兰花组培苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量极显著高于其余处理,分别为1.224 5、0.738 1、0.144 6mg/g;而2RB(红∶蓝)为2∶1处理下叶绿素含量相对较低,各色素含量分别为0.678 1、0.401 0、0.079 1mg/g。红蓝白复合光最有利于大花蕙兰‘爱神’♀×虎雪兰‘霞光’♂杂交组培苗叶绿素的合成。
The influence of different LED light on chlorophyll content of Cymbidiumlucky Gloria‘Aguri'×(Cymbidium tracyanumvar‘Huanghua'×Cymbidium mastersii cv‘Xiaguang')tissue culture seedling was studied,to provide data support and theoretical basis for tissue culture which was under LED light.The tissue culture seedling grew under different proportions of LED light qualities after a period of time,content of chlorophyll was tested.The results showed that under the RBW(red∶blue∶white=6∶1∶1)treatment,the content of chlorophyll a,b and carotenoid were significantly higher than others,respectively,1.224 5mg/g,0.738 1mg/g,0.144 6mg/g;under the 2RB(red∶blue=2∶1)treatment,all kinds of chlorophyll were relatively low,respectively,0.678 1mg/g,0.401 0mg/g,0.079 1mg/g.It was the most beneficial treatment RBW to CymbidiumLucky Gloria‘Aguri'×Cymbidium tracyanum var‘Huanghua'×Cymbidium mastersii cv‘Xiaguang'synthetise chlorophyll.
