汽车覆盖件模具型面压料面着色影响因素研究 被引量:5

摘要 对汽车覆盖件模具型面压料面研配过程中着色情况进行分析,根据模具结构特点设计有限元分析模型,从压强分布解释了压料面着色分布的原因,由模具变形分析了压料面压强分布不均的原因;定义了由于模具变形造成的压料面压强分布的衡量标准,并设计了正交试验,分析模具结构关键参数对压料面着色效果影响的显著性顺序。 The colouring condition of pressure surfaces of a die for automobile panels was analyzed. According to the characteristics of die structure to design a finite element model, which explained the pressure surfaces colouring areas from the aspect of pressure distribu- tion, and the reason that uneven pressure distribution on the pressure surface from the point of the die deformation. A standard was defmed for measuring the pressure distribu- tion on the pressure surfaces caused by die deformation. Finally, the sequence of signifi- cance for the influence of the key structure parazneters on the colouring condition of pres- sure surfaces areas was analyzed by orthogonal test.
