摘要
针对七棵树油田清防蜡技术单一、针对性不强、清蜡措施效果不理想的情况,进行了大量的化学分析实验。通过单因素实验,筛选出清蜡处理剂单剂,然后采用"均匀实验"法对筛选出的处理剂进行复配,优选出适合七棵树油田的高效清蜡体系。实验结果表明,该清蜡体系的清蜡率可以达到90%以上,在七棵树油田现场应用效果显著,平均清蜡周期显著提高。
Seven Tree Oilfield wax removal measures the effect is not ideal,flushing operation cycle is short,the large amount of work,and the production of crude oil is prohibited. In order to improve the oil wax cleaning effect screening wax treatment agent,chemical analysis is carried out through the single factor experiment,then the " uniform " method of treating agent were screened out by paraffin removal rate to select paraffin remover system for Seven Tree Oilfield for improving the effect of wax removal. The experimental results show that the new system wax removal rate can reach more than 90%. Effect of the paraffin remover on Seven Tree Oilfield is apparent. Pigging period increases significantly.
