摘要
通过考察不同种类酸、不同质量比等对热固性酚醛树脂力学性能的影响,得出固化剂固化效果顺序:对甲苯磺酸>苯磺酸>石油磺酸钠>磷酸>苯酚磺酸。当对甲苯磺酸和苯磺酸复配时,加入适量的乙醇溶剂可提高固化剂的溶解性能,加入邻苯二甲酸二丁酯可有效改善热固性酚醛树脂的弯曲性能。研究发现,在一定条件下固化剂与树脂质量比越高,反应越剧烈;在40℃下养护,热固性酚醛树脂的抗压强度和拉伸强度达最大值。
The influence of different kinds of acid and the ratio of different mass on the mechanical properties of thermosetting phenolic resin was studied. The curing effect sequence of curing agent was obtain: p- tolyl-sulfonic acid benzene monosulfonic acid petroleum sulfonate phosphate phenol sulfonic acid. The solubility of the curing agent was enhanced by adding an appropriate amount of ethanol solvent when p-tolyl- sulfonic acid compounded with benzene monosulfonic acid. Dibutyl phthalate could be added to improve bending properties of thermosetting phenolic resin. The result showed that the higher the mass ratio of the curing agent and the phenolic resin under certain conditions,the violent reaction. At 40 ℃ curing condition,compressive and tensile strength of thermosetting phenolic resin reached the maximum value.
