摘要
为了研究温拌剂对橡胶沥青混合料压实温度及性能的影响,减少因施工过程温度过高造成的老化,降低废气排放,选用Sasobit添加剂、TOR添加剂、自行研发的ZYF添加剂作为温拌剂,研究三种温拌橡胶沥青的黏温曲线以及混合料空隙率随压实温度的变化规律,提出了等黏温差的概念,并研究三种不同温拌剂橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:Sa-温拌橡胶沥青混合料的压实温度可以降低20~25℃,Tor-温拌橡胶沥青混合料的压实温度可以降低15~20℃,ZYF-温拌橡胶沥青混合料的压实温度可以降低25~30℃;三种温温拌剂的加入,提高了橡胶沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能;TOR和ZYF温拌剂可以提高橡胶沥青混合料的低温性能;ZYF温拌剂显著提高了橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性,而Sasobit和TOR温拌剂对其水稳性影响不大。
The objective of this article is to reduce the exhaust emissions and the aging of rubber asphalt mixture caused by high temperature during the construction process,and to study the eSct of warm- mix agents on compaction temperature and performance of warm- mix rubber asphalt mixture.This paper selected Sasobit additive,TOR additive and domestically developed ZYF additive to study their influences on the pavement performance of asphalt mixtures.Through analyzing the viscosity- temperature curves and asphalt mixture voids variation changing with compaction temperature,the concept of isoviscous temperature difference was proposed.The results show that,the compaction temperature of Sa warm- mix rubber asphalt mixture,Tor warm- mix rubber asphalt mixture and ZYF warm- mix rubber asphalt mixture can be reduce by 20℃ ~25℃,15℃ ~ 20℃ and 25℃ ~ 30℃ respectively.The three types of warm mix technologies can improve high- temperature rutting resistance of asphalt rubber mixtures.ZYF warm- mix agents and Tor warm- mix agents can improve low temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture.ZYF warm- mix agents can significantly improve the water stability of rubber asphalt mixtue,while Sa warm- mix agents and Tor warm- mix agents don't have much effect on water stability of rubber asphalt mixture.
