摘要 目的运用Plackett-Burman联合星点设计(central composite design,CCD)-响应面法(RSM),优化甜瓜蒂中葫芦素的提取工艺。方法通过Plackett-Burman设计确定主要影响因素,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度为自变量,以提取物中总葫芦素含有量、葫芦素B含有量、总葫芦素提取率为响应值,利用星点设计-效应面法进行预测分析。结果确定葫芦素的提取工艺为8倍量无水乙醇提取3次,每次90 min,提取温度为75℃。此条件下甜瓜蒂提取物中总葫芦素含有量为20.57%、葫芦素B含有量为13.69%、总葫芦素提取率为11.93%。结论最佳工艺条件验证结果与预测结果相近,可用于提取甜瓜蒂中葫芦素成分。
