热处理对ZK60搅拌摩擦焊接接头组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of ZK60 Friction Stir Welded Joints

摘要 ZK60板材在旋转速率800 r/min、焊接速度120 mm/min下进行搅拌摩擦焊接,然后对焊接板材在200-400℃进行退火处理。结果表明,热处理可提高焊后接头的力学性能。在200℃退火后焊接接头的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到最大值236 MPa和7.2%,随退火温度的继续升高,焊接接头的抗拉强度和伸长率有所下降。TMAZ微观组织由均匀细小转变为粗大的再结晶晶粒(平均晶粒尺寸5-18μm),这种组织的演变导致了力学性能的下降。 Under the rotating speed of 800 r/min and traversing speed of 120 mm/min, ZK60 plate was welded by friction stir welding , then, the welded plate was annealed at 200-400℃. The results show that the mechanical properties of post-welded joints improve after heat treatment. The maximum tensile strength and elongation of the welded joint after post-welded heat treatment at 200℃ is 236 MPa, 7.2% respectively, with annealing temperature increasing, the tensile strength and elongation of the welded joint decrease. However, the microstructure of TMAZ change from uniform and fined grain to coarsening recrystallization grain (mean grain size is 5-18μm). Therefore, the microstructure evolution leads to the decline of mechanical properties.
