摘要
由于PVC和PVG整芯胶带的结构比较特殊,接头不太容易处理,所以大多数煤矿单位采用机械式接头办法,也就是皮带扣接头。这种接头方法方便快捷,也比较经济,但是效率低,易损坏,对输送带的使用寿命有一定影响。综合考虑这些因素并结合生产实践,证明热硫化接头是最理想的一种接头方法。
Because the structure of PVC and PVG core belt is special and the joint is hard to handle, so the usual method is using the mechanical joints, which is called the belt buckle joint. This joint method is convenient and economical, but inefficient, liable to be damaged and it has a certain effect on the service life of the conveyor belt. Considering these factors and combining with the production practice, it proved that heat vulcanized joint is the most ideal joint method.
