摘要
目的考察环丙沙星对临床分离的致病菌株的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定环丙沙星对我院临床分离的849株致病菌的MIC及抑菌率。结果环丙沙星对硝酸盐阴性杆菌、哈夫尼亚菌属和淋球菌的抑菌率都达到了100%,对其它致病菌的抑菌率在87.1%-100%。结论环丙沙星对需氧G+阳性球菌和G-杆菌均具有良好的抗菌作用,可用于治疗临床多种感染性疾病。
Objective Investigate Ciprofloxacin on the separation of pathogenic bacteria pharmacodynamic studies.Methods Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations( MICs) of Ciprofloxacin were measured using two- fold agar dilution assay. Results Ciprofloxacin on nitrate negative bacilli,Hafnia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae inhibitory rate reached 100%. The sensitive rate of Ciprofloxacin to the other bacterial was 87. 1% - 100%. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin against aerobic G+cocci and G-bacteria have good antibacterial activity,So,ciprofloxacin can be used for the clinical treatment of a variety of infectious diseases.
