摘要
本文在对国内高校教师绩效考核进行梳理的基础上,以省属重点S大学中的某二级学院为研究对象,构建了高校二级单位绩效考核指标体系,并按照正态分布原则对考核标准进行了量化;最后,对绩效考核的高效进行给出了一些促进措施。
Based on the analysis of the domestic university teachers' performance evaluation, this article takes a secondary school of S university as the research object, establishing the performance evaluation index system of secondary school and quantifying performance standard in accordance with the principle of normal distribution. Some measures are used to promote the efficiency of carrying out the performance evaluation.
