摘要
总结了现阶段我国农村土地流转的特点,论述了我国农村土地流转中存在的土地产权不清晰、市场机制不健全、管理体制不完善等主要问题,提出了相应的对策建议,为土地流转的更好发展提供具体操作路径。
The characteristics of rural land transfer in current China were summarized,the main existing problems were elaborated,including land property right is not clear,market mechanism and management system is imperfect. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward,which will provide specific operation way for better development of land circulation.
