闭合复位微创手术空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的研究分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析闭合复位微创手术空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折患者的临床效果。方法抽选2012年6月至2014年7月,我院接收股骨颈骨折患者80例,按入院编号分成两组(实验组、对照组),对照组患者行临床人工股骨头置换术,实验组患者行闭合复位微创手术空心钉内固定术,比对临床结果。结果实验组患者临床并发症总率和对照组相比,差异性鲜明(P<0.05)。结论临床借助闭合复位微创手术空心钉内固定疗法治疗股骨颈骨折患者意义重大,可改善患者临床特征,降低并发症,值得使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction and minimally invasive surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures with internal fixation. Methods Lottery in June 2012 to July 2014. In our hospital received femoral neck fractures in patients with 80 cases, according to the number of admission into two groups (experimental group and control group), the control group underwent clinical artificial femoral head replacement, experimental group were treated by closed reduction and minimally invasive surgical cannulated screw internal fixation, compared to the clinical outcome. Results In the experimental group, the clinical complication rate and control group were compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of closed reduction and minimally invasive surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures in patients with a major significance, can improve the clinical characteristics, reduce complications, it is worth using.
