摘要
目的探讨护士离职原因及其影响因素,为管理部门实施有效措施减少护士流失提供依据。方法回顾性调查护士离职的主要原因和离职后去向,并分析其离职的影响因素。结果护士离职的主要原因是角色冲突、工作负荷、环境与职业前景;大部分护士离职后从事非临床护理工作;科室类别、工作年限、薪酬级别是护士离职的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论建议医院采取降低护士工作负荷、减少工作家庭冲突、改善职业环境、合理改善薪酬待遇等措施减少护士流失。
Objective To study the causes and influencing factors of nurses turnover and to provide evidence for the management departments to take ef- fective measures to reduce nurses leaving. Methods Take a retrospective survey of nurses leaving and the maindcstination after leaving, and to analyze the factors affecting their departure. Results The main reason for nurses leaving are work - family conflict, workload, career prospects and professional environment, after leaving the majority of nurses engaged in non - clinical care ; department type, salary, years of nurse turnover significantly affected. Conclusion To reduce the workload of nurses, reducing work - family conflict,improve occupational environment, improve the remuneration packages and other reasonable measures to re- duce nurses turnover.
