摘要
运营管理课程作为各大高校管理类的重要课程之一,具有理论综合性和实践应用性强的特点。案例教学可以很好地激发学生学习的兴趣,提高学生的实践能力。为了在案例教学方法中寻找突破口,我们将行动学习引导技术中的世界咖啡技术、开放空间、提问技术、聚焦式会话等相关手法运用到运营管理课程的案例教学过程中,以期为我国各高校案例教学模式的实践提供借鉴与启示。
Operations Management is an important curriculum in the major of management of higher edu cation, which has dual characteristics of comprehensive theoretics and practical application. Case teaching can motivate students" learning interest and enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems. In order to search for an effective teaching methodology for case teaching, the paper applies the facilitation skill of Action Learning into case teaching of Operations Management, which includes World Cafe, Open Space Technology, Questioning Techniques and Focused Conversation Method, aiming that the results may provide inspiration to the practices of the case teaching mode in Chinese universities.
