摘要
针对城市道路交通设施设置情况,提出一种以关键绩效指标(KPI)体系为基础的交通设施有效性评价模型.首先通过鱼骨图法确立评价指标体系;其次根据层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,结合反木桶原理筛选关键绩效指标,利用模糊理论得到城市道路交叉口交通设施有效性的综合评价值;最后以福州大学周边交叉口为例,对其交通设施设置情况进行评价分析,并提出相应的优化建议.
To solve the problem of urban road traffic facilities setting,we raise the transportation effectiveness evaluation model based on the system of KPI. First,we determine the evaluation index through the fishbone diagram method. And the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the indicators. Then we use anti- bucket theory to screen out twelve evaluations. Finally,we use the theory of fuzzy to evaluate the traffic facilities in comprehensive and get the comprehensive evaluation value of traffic facilities on urban road intersection. In this paper,taking the intersection surrounding Fuzhou University for example,we evaluate the traffic facilities setting and put forward the corresponding optimization suggestions.
