摘要
以三氯化铕、α-噻吩甲酰基三氟丙酮(HTTA)、邻菲罗啉(phen)为原料合成了Eu(TTA)3phen探针分子,将探针分子与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)混合后进行聚合,获得了Eu(TTA)3phen/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)温敏漆。采用红外光谱(IR)、差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)、荧光光谱对探针分子的结构和形貌及温敏漆温度猝灭性能进行了一系列测试和表征。红外光谱分析表明,探针分子中Eu3+、HTTA、phen间形成了良好的配位键;TG-DTA分析表明,在285℃以下探针分子能够稳定存在。不同温度下荧光光谱表明,随着温度的升高,温敏漆荧光发射强度逐渐减弱,而最强发射峰波长不随温度变化,均在613nm左右,说明温敏漆具有良好的温度猝灭特性。
Using EuCl3,HTTA and phenanthroline as raw materials,the luminescent probe molecules Eu(TTA)3phen were prepared,and then via polymerizing them with methyl-methacrylate(MMA),the temperature sensitive paint(TSP)based upon Eu(TTA)3phen probe molecule was obtained.The structure and properties of the probe molecule samples were examined by IR,TG-DTA and Fluorescence spectrometer.The IR photographs of the probe molecule samples showed that there are good coordination bond between Eu3+,HTTA and phen.TG-DTA analysis indicated that,below285℃,the probe molecule is steady.The fluorescence spectra of the prepared TSP at different temperatures illustrated that the emission strength of the TSP decing with the increase of temperature,however,at the same time the emission peak position(613nm)keeps no change.It also showed that the TSP based upon Eu(TTA)3phen probe molecule has good temperature quenching property.
