NBR/炭黑硫化胶热空气降解行为的研究

摘要 采用热重分析(TGA)技术研究了丙烯腈含量、炭黑粒径对丁腈橡胶(NBR)纯胶及炭黑硫化胶的热氧降解性能的影响。结果表明,加入炭黑后,降解一旦开始降解速率就迅速增加,这与炭黑有利于空气中的氧气向基体内部扩散有关。热氧降解首先是氧气攻击α—H,生成过氧自由基引发断链失重,所以降解初期丙烯腈含量增加,失重速率减小。炭黑结构度是影响NBR热氧降解的主要因素,其次是比表面积。 The influences of acrylonitrile content and particle size of carbon black on thermal oxidative degradation performance of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR)and its carbon black vulcanizates were studied by TGA in this paper.The results showed that:After adding carbon black,the degradation rate will increase rapidly once degradation reaction started.This is the result of carbon black promoting oxygen diffusion within the matrix.The first step of thermal oxidative degradation is oxygen attacksα—H,which produces peroxy radicals leading chain scission to generate weight loss.As a result,weight loss rate decreasing will reduce with acrylonitrile content increasing at the initial degradation stage.Carbon black structure is the main factor which affects the thermal oxidative degradation of NBR,and surface area of carbon black is another factor.
