摘要
目的了解南宁地区腹泻婴幼儿A群轮状病毒感染情况及流行特征。方法对2011年1月-2014年12月在本院就诊的17 695例腹泻婴幼儿的粪便,采用免疫层析法检测轮状病毒抗原并收集临床诊断信息,分析轮状病毒流行特征。结果 17 695例婴幼儿中A群轮状病毒感染率为18.04%,不同性别患儿间感染率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。10.98%的感染患儿伴有呼吸系统疾病、呕吐、脱水及神经系统症状。全年均有感染发生,12月均为高峰;1岁～2岁患儿感染率最高,为28.63%,其次为6个月～1岁组和2岁～3岁组,感染率分别为20.64%和17.69%,各年龄组婴幼儿间感染率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论南宁地区腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒感染率较高,好发于冬季,6个月～3岁婴幼儿为易感人群。
Objective To investigate the status and epidemiological characteristics of group A rotavirus（ RVA） infection in infants with diarrhea in Nanning. Methods RVA antigen was detected in fecal samples of 17 695 infants with diarrhea in this hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 by immunochromatography,and the clinical diagnostic information was collected,and the data of infants with positive RVA was analyzed. Results Of 17 695 cases,the infection rate of RVA was 18. 04%.There was no statistically significant difference in different sexes（ P〈0. 05）. 10. 98% RVA infection in infant was accompanied with respiratory system disease,vomiting,dehydration and nervous system symptoms. RVA was detected all through the years,and the rates of RVA infection were highest in December,and the rate of RVA infection was highest（ 28. 63%） in infants aged1- 2 years old,followed by aged 6 month- 1 years old（ 20. 64%） and aged 2- 3 years old（ 17. 69%）. There was significant difference among different age groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The infection rates of RVA in infants with diarrhea are high in Nanning,and winter is distinctly seasonal distribution. The infants aged 6 month- 3 years old are more susceptible to RVA.
