油田配聚污水中Fe^(2+)的去除方法优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 油田回注水中的二价铁离子会降低部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的黏度。采用化学氧化法去除油田污水中Fe2+,试验了双氧水、次氯酸钠和高锰酸钾对Fe2+的去除效果,并考察了Fe2+去除后HPAM黏度的恢复情况。实验表明,3种氧化剂皆能快速去除油田污水中的Fe2+,并有效改善Fe2+造成的聚合物黏度损失。经过使用安全性、方便性和性价比对比,发现固体次氯酸钠不仅能快速有效地去除Fe2+,改善聚合物黏度,且价格合理,使用方便,是最优的氧化剂。 The bivalent ferrous ions in oilfield reinjection water could partially reduce the viscosity of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM). Chemical oxidation method has been used for removing Fe^2+ from oilfield wastewater. The effects of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), sodium hypochlorite (NaCIO) and potassium permanganate (KMnO4) on the re- moval of Fe^2+ are tested, and the recovery situation of HPAM viscosity after the removal of Fe^2+ investigated. The ex- perimental results show that all of the three oxidants can quickly remove Fe^2+ from oilfield wastewater, and effectively improve the viscosity loss of polymer caused by Fe^2+. After the comparison on security, convenience and performance price ratio, it is found that solid NaCIO not only can rapidly and effectively remove Fe^2+ and improve polymer viscos- ity, but also is the best oxidant, being characterized by reasonable prices, and convenient application.
