摘要
在"双轨合一"培养模式改革大背景下,临床医学专业学位研究生的培养面临许多新的挑战。研究生导师及带教老师应改变观念,调整培养思路,充分合理的发挥资源优势,以临床问题为目标培养研究生的自主学习能力,以临床转化为方向培养研究生的科学研究能力,以临床实践为途径培养研究生的临床思维能力,制定一套与"双轨合一"相辅相成的教学培养规划模式,全面指导研究生的临床与科研工作,培养出临床实践能力与学术资质兼备的复合型医学人才。
Under the background of the cultivation mode reform of "Double Tracks in One", the teaching of clinical medicine science postgraduates of professional degree has fronted many new challenges. So both the supervisors and the clinical teachers should change their mind, adjust cultivation thoughts and take full advantages of the teaching resource reasonably so as to cultivate their autonomous learning ability based on the goals of clinical problems, to cultivate their scientific research ability based on the directions of clinical translation and to cultivate their clinical thinking ability based on the pathways of clinical practice. We should formulate a teaching cultivation mode that could be the supplement with "Double Tracks in One", so as to guide the clinical and research work of the postgraduates and cultivate recombination talents with clinical practice ability and academic quality at the same time.
