摘要
当前催化裂化原料重质化、劣质化趋势明显,加剧了原料性质恶劣与汽油质量升级、高价值目的产品收率的矛盾,要求催化裂化催化剂具有更强的重油转化能力、抗重金属能力和高目的产品收率。针对此需求,中国石油石油化工研究院兰州化工研究中心开发了重油高效转化、增产丙烯、提高汽油辛烷值的多功能催化裂化催化剂LDO-70。LDO-70催化剂微反活性高达71%,在开发过程中采用了新型高活性稳定性分子筛材料和分子筛孔道短程化改性技术,具有较高的结构稳定性和活性稳定性,以及优异的颗粒分散性。性能评价结果表明,与国内性能优异的重油催化剂相比,LDO-70催化剂具有重油转化能力强、抗重金属和抗碱氮性能优异的特点,可满足炼厂原料性质恶劣的生产需求。该催化剂自成功开发以来,已进行过多次工业试用,普遍反映效果良好。
Today,FCC feedstock is increasingly heavy and low quality,adding to the conflict between the de- terioration of feedstock quality and the need for upgraded gasoline and increasing yields of high-value prod- ucts.This requires an FCC catalyst to have a stronger ability to convert heavy oil to light products,to resist heavy metals and increase the yields of high-value products.To satisfy this need,the Lanzhou Chemical Re- search Center,the Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina has developed the multi-purpose FCC cata- lyst,LDO-70,characterized by high efficiency of heavy oil conversion,higher yield of propylene and higher octane value of gasoline produced.The micro-activity of LDO-70 is as high as 71%.In developing this cata- lyst,researchers introduced a novel high-activity stable molecular sieve material and molecular sieve pore shortening technology,offering the product high structural and activity stability and excellent particle dispersion properties.An assessment of the performance of the catalyst shows that compared with other domestic FCC catalysts with excellent performance ,LDO-70 has a stronger heavy oil conversion ability and excellent proper- ties to resist heavy metals,alkali and nitrogen.The product is suitable for use in production involving low- quality feedstock.Since it was developed,the catalyst has been used in industrial applications on a trial basis multiple times and achieved good results.
