摘要
目的：分析阿托伐他汀不良反应的发生特点和临床表现,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法：检索和分析中国知网中国医院知识总库（CHKD）期刊全文数据库中2001~2014年阿托伐他汀不良反应。对患者性别、年龄、用药剂量、ADR发生时间、原发疾病及不良反应表现等进行统计分析。结果：共检索出47篇文献,48例。其中51~60岁患者不良反应发生较多;每日用药20 mg不良反应发生较多;不良反应累及器官以骨骼肌肉系统为主。结论：在临床应用过程中,应注意阿托伐他汀的不良反应,确保患者用药安全。
Objective： To analyze the clinical manifestations and characteristics of atorvastatin induced adverse reactions, so as to provide references for the clinical reasonable application of atorvastatin. Methods ： Atorvastatin induced adverse reactions reported in the journal full-text database of China hospital knowledge database （CHKD） from 2000 to 2014 were reviewed. The patients＇ gender, age, dosage, ADR time of occurrence, the primary disease and adverse drug reactions were analyzed statistically. Results ：48 cases reported in 47 literatures were reviewed, most ADR cases were found in 51-60 years old patients and the patients with the daily dose of 20 mg; musculoskeletal system was mostly involved in these ADR cases. Conclusion：In the clinical application of atorvastatin, more attentions should be paid to the atorvastatin induced adverse effects to ensure the safety medication.
