摘要
目的:研制一种以高分子胶体为主要材料的气压止血带保护垫,预防骨科患者手术中气压止血带缚扎部位皮肤损伤的效果。方法将60例使用气压止血带的骨科上肢手术患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用高分子胶体保护垫作为气压止血带保护垫,对照组采用医用石膏棉纸作为气压止血带保护垫,观察两组患者手术后皮肤反应情况并由手术医生对术中止血带的止血效果进行评价。结果试验组皮肤反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.1868, P〈0.01);手术医生对试验组术中止血效果评价好的为27例,对照组为21例,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.7343,P〈0.01)。结论用高分子胶体作为止血带护垫在保证止血效果的同时可以减少相关皮肤并发症的发生。
Objective To design a new tourniquet cuff padding made of polymer composite materials, and to analyze the effects of preventing the tourniquet-induced skin injury with the new cuff padding during orthopedic operations. Methods A total of 60 patients, who used pneumatic tourniquet to stop bleeding, undergoing elective upper limb operations were randomly assigned to treatment group (n=30) and control group ( n=30 ) . In the treatment group, the limb underneath the pneumatic tourniquet was protected by a layer of Polymer padding while in the control group the limb was protected by a layer of gypsum paper. The effects of the two types of padding on controlling bleeding and preventing skin post-operative injuries were observed and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the skin reaction rate was lower than the rate of the control group (χ2 =19. 186 8,P〈0. 01). The good feedback from surgeon was good occupying 27 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group for stopping bleeding (χ2 =16. 734 3,P〈0. 01). Conclusions Using the Polymer protective padding can reduce the incidence of complications in the skin underneath the tourniquet and improve the effects of bleeding-control.
