摘要
针对建筑工业化在德国的发展,本文阐述了预制构件在德国的发展历史以及主要应用方向,着重介绍了德国工业化建筑领域的产业链概况,明确了德国工业化建筑产业领域的产业链的特征,最后结合德国的考察对我国建筑工业化发展的感悟,给现阶段国内混凝土装配式建筑领域的从业人员一些思考和启示。
With the development of the residential industrialization in Germany, this paper demonstrates the historical development and main application direction of precast concrete. Content of the industrial chain in the German residential industrialization area is presented, The features of German residential industrialization area is also realized. This paper also presented some direction and thoughts for the designers who dedicated in the precast concrete area in our countries.
