抗真菌药物耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 近年来,随着真菌感染人数的不断增加,真菌耐药性也在逐年加重;不同抗真菌药物的耐药机制各有差异,耐药真菌引起的深部感染已成为当前困扰临床治疗的难题;该项研究分析了目前临床上常用的唑类、多烯类、棘白霉素类抗真菌药物以及部分中草药,总结了上述抗真菌药物的耐药机制,并对其研究进展作出综述,从而为更好地控制真菌感染,研发新型抗真菌药物奠定基础,并为今后临床上合理使用抗真菌药物和探索抗真菌药物未来的研究趋势提供策略指导及理论支持。 In recent years,with the increasing rate of fungal infections,the drug resistance of fungi is also increasing year by year.Different antifungal agents have their own resistance mechanism and the deep infections which are caused by resistant fungi have become serious problems in clinical treatments.This study aims to analyze the antifungal agents such as azole,polyene,and spines albomycin and a part of Chinese herbal medicine,as well as to summarize their resistance mechanisms and to review their research progress so as to lay a foundation for control of fungal infections and development of new antifungal agents.At the same time,it can also provide the policy guidance and theory support for rational use of antibiotics and exploration of the future of them.
