摘要
为了实现液压支架活柱下缩量的电测,准确地判别综采工作面矿压显现规律,研制了支架活柱位移监测仪,介绍了其工作原理并进行了精度分析。通过精度校核结果表明,该监测仪稳定性高且量程大,测量精度范围为—0.8~2.7 mm,精确度等级为0.3,满足现场测量精度需要。
In order to achieve the electrical measurement of descending amount of hydraulic support pillar and distinguish exactly the mine pressure behaviors in fully mechanized mining face, a new displacement monitor of hydraulic support pillar was developed, then its operating principle was introduced and the accuracy analysis was conducted. The accuracy check results showed that the monitor had high stability and large measurement range, the measurement accu- racy scope was from -0.8 mm to 2.7 mm and the accuracy class was 0.3, which met the requirement of field measurement accuracy.
