摘要
POCIB作为一个综合的国际贸易实训平台，有利于学生的实践能力培养，也是提高教师专业实践能力的一个重要途径。通过参加POCIB项目，教师转变角色，成为学习过程的组织者和引导者，提高了教学效率，增强了提高实践水平的信心和主动性，对提高专业教师的实践能力起到间接的促进作用。
As a comprehensive international trade training platform, POCIB is an important method to develop practical ability of students and teachers. Through the participation into POCIB project, the teacher is changed to the organizer and guide of the learning process. The teaching efficiency is improved, and teachers are more confident and initiative in improving the level of practice.
