摘要
构建了高职院校导师制绩效评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重,对高职院校物流专业导师制绩效进行了综合评价,为检验高职院校推行导师制的实施效果提供了参考。
In this paper, I built the vocational college tutorial system evaluation index system. Using the fuzzy AHP method, I determined the weights of the first and second indexes and carried out an integrated evaluation on tutorial system of vocational college logistics specialty. It provided a reference on testing effect of vocational college tutorial system.
