摘要
资源型企业面临资源短缺和环境恶化等生存问题,生态位指导下的协同发展是解决此问题的有效途径。通过生态位内涵的提出以及协同学对资源型企业发展的指导作用的分析,得出了生态位下的企业竞争是协同发展动力的结论;从所构建的资源型企业协同发展模型可以发现,企业间协同发展机制的建立是互惠互利的,能够促进资源型企业共同健康发展;依据协同学的思想构建了资源型企业的纵向协同模式及信息协同模式。
Resource type enterprises are confronted with the problems of resource shortage andenvironment deterioration of survival. The collaborative development under the guidance of niche is an effective way to solve the problem. Through the proposing of concept of niche and the analysis of the guiding role of synergetic development to the resource-based enterprises, we know that enterprise competition under the ecological niche is the power of collaborative development; from resource type enterprise collaborative develo pment model, we can found that the establishment of collaborative development mechanism among enterprises is the mutual reciprocity and mutual ＋benefit, which promotes the health development of resource-based enterprises; It constructs a longitudinal collaborative mode and information integration model on the basis of synergetic ideas for resource type enterprises.
