摘要
为研究酵母浓缩物对AA肉仔鸡生长性能和营养物质表观代谢率的影响,本试验选取240只21日龄的从肉仔鸡,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期为21d。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组为试验组,分别饲喂含有0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%和O.25%酵母浓缩物(YC)的饲粮。结果表明:试验组肉鸡的平均日增重和平均日采食量分别高于对照组18.15%(P〈0.05)、20.32%(P〈0.05)、19.51%(P〈0.05)、16.96%(P〉0.05)、13.28%(P〉0.05)和12.22%(P〈0.05)、13.01%(P〈0.05)、12.25%(P〈0.05)、11.07%(P〉0.05)、13.74%(P〉0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组肉仔鸡的料重比较对照组低4.85%~5.83%。Ⅳ组干物质、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪表观代谢率分别较时照组提高8.79%、15.22%和11.68%(P〈0.05);各试验组粗灰分利用率均有提高趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。综上所述,酵母浓缩物可明显改善肉仔鸡生长性能,提高营养物质的表观代谢率,综合考虑,酵母浓缩物在21~42日龄阶段从肉仔鸡日粮中的适宜添加量为0.15%。
To study yeast culture additive on growth performance and nutrient apparent metabolic rates in broilers.A total of 240 AA broilers of 21-day-old were selected and randomly divided into 6 group with 4 replicates of 10 each.The trial lasted for 21 days.Group Ⅰ was the control group,which fed basal diet.Group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were fed basal diet added 0.05%,0.10% ,0.15% ,0.20% ,0.25% yeast culture.The results showed that :The average daily gain and average daily intake of yeast culture adding group were 18.15%(P 〈 0.05),20.32%(P 〈 0.05),19.51%(P 〈 0.05),16.96%(P 〉 0.05), 13.28% (P 〉 0.05) and 12.22% (P 〈 0.05), 13.01%, 12.25% (P 〈 0.05), 11.07% (P 〉 0.05), 13.74% (P 〉 0.05)higher than those of control group.The feed/gain of treat groups were 4.85% - 5.83% (P 〈 0.05) lower than that of control group,except for 0.25% group.The apparent metabolic rate of dry matter,crude protein and crude fat increased by 8.79% ,15.22% and 11.68% (P 〈 0.05 )respectively, compare with control group, and that of crude ash had trend of improvement in treat groups (P 〉 0.05).Above all,the yeast culture could obviously improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent metabolic rates,and the appropriate addition level of yeast culture was 0.15% in 21 - 42-day-old AA broilers diet.
