摘要
目的探讨核磁共振对椎管肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法选用我院于2013年10月~2014年5月间收治的椎管肿瘤患者80例,给予核磁共振（MRI）检查,并于术中给予临床病理检查,对比分析两种检查方法的准确性。结果经MRI检查,80例患者中,血管母细胞瘤12例、星型细胞瘤26例、神经鞘瘤12例、转移瘤15例、脊膜瘤10例、室管膜瘤5例;临床病理诊断结果与MRI诊断结果相一致,二者肿瘤类型符合率达100%。在椎管肿瘤的临床诊断中,核磁共振（MRI）诊断效果良好,操作简便,准确性高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of the MRI in the diagnosis of spinal canal tumors.Methods80 patients with spinal tumor in our hospital were selected,given the nuclear magnetic resonance（MRI）examination,and to give the clinical pathologic examination in operation.ResultsThe MRI examination,80 patients,12 cases of hemangioblastoma,astrocytoma in 26 cases,12 cases of metastatic tumor,neurilemmoma in 15 cases,10 cases of meningioma,5 ependymomas; the results of clinical pathologic diagnosis consistent with MRI diagnosis result,the coincidence rate of two tumor types up to 100. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of intraspinal tumor, magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in diagnosis of good effect,simple operation,high accuracy,and is worth spreading in clinical diagnosis and application.
