摘要
红外指纹图谱可以作为喜马拉雅紫茉莉药材的快速鉴别方法及筛选优质药材的手段。本研究对采自不同海拔、不同直径的喜马拉雅紫茉莉样品和其同属植物中华紫茉莉样品根的红外光谱进行相似度比较和聚类分析。结果显示:中华紫茉莉与喜马拉雅紫茉莉在667.3cm-1处吸收峰有明显区别;喜马拉雅紫茉莉样品间相似度均大于0.92,而与中华紫茉莉相似度不超过0.85;聚类分析结果亦显示,中华紫茉莉与各喜马拉雅紫茉莉样品距离较远;喜马拉雅紫茉莉各样品直径越相近,其红外光谱图越相似。
The IR fingerprint spectra can be used as an effective method for quickly identifying the medicinal material of Mirabilis himalaica and the means for selecting high quality medicinal materials. The IR specters of different diameter root samples of Mirabilis himalaica collected from different altitudes and M. himalaica var.chi- nensis were compared by the cluster analysis. The results showed that the absorption peaks of two species has an apparent contrast at 667.3cm-l; the similarities between the samples of Himalayan Mirabilis were greater than 0.92, but the similarity between two species was no more than 0.85. The cluster analysis showed a far relation- ship between two species and a more similar IR spectra between each sample of Himalayan Mirabilis with simi- lar diameter.
