摘要
目的了解山东省不同地区白纹伊蚊对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性动态,为深入开展灭蚊工作提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍法,测定4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果山东不同地区白纹伊蚊对三氯杀虫酯的抗药性最低(R/S:0.08-2.52),对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂——溴氰菊酯抗药性最高(R/S:13.15-36.63)。德州市和禹城市对DDVP的抗性指数低于2(R/S=1.35),其他不同地区白纹伊蚊对DDVP、残杀威、氯氰菊酯的抗性指数均高于2。结论白纹伊蚊各地理株对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,以拟除虫菊酯类最高,应加强对菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性监测及科学合理使用。
Objective To investigate the resistances of Aedes albopictus to 5 insecticides for making the dynamic mosquito control strategy in Shandong. Methods Immersion method of pesticide was used to assay the medium lethal concentration (LC50) for the fourth phase larvae of mosquitoes. Results Ae. Albopitus were sensitivity to Acetophenate. The resistances of Ae. Albopictus to deltamethrin were at high level. The resistances of Ae. Albopictus to DDVP were sensitive, the R/S was 1.35. The Ae. Albopictus showed the lower resistance in other area except propoxur and Cypermethrin. Conclusion The Ae. Albopictus demonstrate varied resistance to the pesticides, and are mostly resistant to pyrethroid pesticide should be strengthened in conjunction with scientific and proper The monitoring of their insecticide resistance application of insecticides
