摘要
结核病是一种由分枝杆菌感染引起的传染病,也是单一致病菌感染引起死亡人数最多的疾病。2010年我国结核病流行病学抽样调查结果显示,结核病年发病患者数约为130万。正因为我国结核病发病率居高不下因此如何快速检验结核病对于我国控制及治疗结核病起到了至关重要的作用。作为医学检验工作者要充分掌握新知识、新技术,在实践中灵活运用,优势互补,予找准确度高、特异性好、敏感度高、简便快捷、经济的结核分枝杆菌检测新方法。本文从细菌学检测,免疫学检测和分子生物学检测等方面,对各种检测方法的优缺点进行综述,并对结核病实验室诊断技术进行展望。
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium infection,is a single pathogen infection deaths caused most of the disease. Results tuberculosis epidemiological random sampling survey in China in 2010 showed that the number of annual incidence of tuberculosis patients is about 1 300 000. Because of the high rate of TB incidence in our country so how fast the inspection of tuberculosis to the important role in TB control in China and the treatment. As a medical laboratory workers to fully master new knowledge and new technology, flexible use of complementary advantages in practice, a new method for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by the economy find high accuracy,good specificity,high sensitivity,simple and fast. This article from the bacteriological detection,immunology testing and molecular biology detection, the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods are reviewed, and the prospect of the laboratory diagnostic techniques for tuberculosis.
