摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病患者血清中甲状腺激素含量变化。方法选取2013年12月~2014年12月我院接收2型糖尿病患者88例作为试验组,与88例正常人做对照。使用放射免疫分析方法,对两组血清中的T3、T4、FT3、s TSH含量进行检验。结果试验组糖尿病患者血清中的T3、FT3水平降低（P〈0.05）且与空腹血糖浓度存在负相关性（P〈0.05）,T4、s TSH含量检测结果无显著性变化（P〉0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病病情变化会对血清中甲状腺激素水平造成影响。其中T3、FT3有所降低,可以采用这两个指标作为2型糖尿病病情诊断指标。
Objective To observe the changes of thyroid hormone of patients with type 2 diabetes.MethodsChoosing 88 patients with type 2 diabetes as the experimental group, and 88 cases of normal persons as control group. The contents of T4,FT3, sTSH and T3in serum of the two groups were examined by using radioimmunoassay.ResultsThe levels of FT3 and T3 were significantly lower（P〈 0.05）and negative correlated with blood glucose concentration（P〈 0.05）,and no significant changes were detected by sTSH and T4（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion T3 and FT3 were significantly decreased,and these two indexes could be used as the diagnostic index of the type 2 diabetes melitus.
