摘要
大型拆除爆破工程项目具有周边环境复杂、安全风险高、管理任务繁重、组织难度大、工期紧张等特点。基于现代项目管理思想,提出了大型拆除爆破工程项目全寿命周期管理模式,阐明了不同阶段的管理目标与主要任务;提出了SCPE项目管理方法,阐述了专业化、协同化、精细化和执行力建设的内涵、管理目标与实施思路。最后简要介绍了SCPE项目管理方法在3.5 km武汉沌阳高架桥爆破拆除工程中的应用效果。
The characteristics of large-scale explosive demolition project includes complicated surrounding condi- tion, high safety risks, onerous management task and difficulty in construction organization. The total life cycle man- agement mode of large-scale demolition blasting project was established based on model project management ideolo- gy, and management objects as well as primary tasks of different phases of the life cycle was illustrated. SCPE project management method was put forward, and the connotation, management object and actualize route were expatiated. Fi- nally,the effects of SCPE management method applied in 3.5km Wuhan Zhuanyang viaduct blasting demolition pro- ject were introduced briefly.
