摘要
采用煅烧铝土矿尾矿等质量取代0%、10%、30%、50%、70%的水泥,研究其对水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间的影响,结合水化热和X射线衍射(XRD)分析其影响机理,探讨煅烧铝土矿尾矿用作水泥混合材的可行性。结果表明,煅烧铝土矿尾矿作为混合材能增大水泥的标准稠度用水量,缩短水泥的凝结时间,加快水泥早期水化放热速率;掺入50%煅烧尾矿的复合水泥浆体仍然满足通用硅酸盐水泥对凝结时间的要求。
Water requirement of normal consistency and setting time of the portland cement substituted by cal- cined bauxite tailings at 0%,10%, 3%, 50%, 70% by mass, were studied. The mechanism was analyzed by using the heat of cement hydration and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to explore the feasibility of calcined bauxite tailings as ce- ment mineral admixture. The results show that calcined bauxite railings as cement mineral admixture can increase wa- ter requirement of normal consistency, shorten the setting time of cement, accelerate the rate of heat of cement hydra- tion. Composite cement paste with 50 ~ of calcined tailings still meets the requirement of setting time of common port- land cement.
