摘要
建立了热-力耦合工况下具有开孔分布板的流化床反应器的有限元模型,用热/力序贯耦合方法对其温度场和热力学行为进行了分析,分别得到了分布板厚度、分布板与筒壁连接处的3种焊缝形状对于该局部结构应力的影响,以及流化床反应器分布板带孔对于结构应力的影响。球壳热应力数值模拟结果与理论分析结果具有很好的一致性,进一步验证了ABAQUS软件能够为流化床反应器的工程应用提供可靠的仿真分析。
Finite element model for the fluidized bed reactor with perforated distributor under thermal‐mechanical coupling load was employed to analyze its temperature field and thermo‐me‐chanical properties using the sequential thermal‐mechanical coupling .T he influence of distributor thickness ,weld shapes of joint linked between the distributor and supporting wall and the perfo‐rating on the structure stress was investigated .The numerical simulation results of spherical shell thermal stress agree well with the theoretical analytical solution ,which proves that ABAQUS software is capable of providing reliable simulation analysis for the practical engineering applica‐tion of fluidized bed reactor .Significant foundation is provided for the design of the fluidized bed reactor based on the simulation results .
