摘要
对现有永磁挤压磁系结构存在的问题进行了分析,提出了一种新型挤压磁系设计方案。通过仿真模拟,确定了新型磁系导磁板尺寸和磁极配比等关键参数,使磁场强度和磁场作用深度均得到大幅提高,满足了粗颗粒弱磁性矿分选的要求。
In this paper, the existing structure of the extruded permanent magnetic system were analyzed, a new-type extruded magnetic system design was proposed. Through simulation, the key parameters of magnetic board size and the proportion of magnetic poles were defined, which make the magnetic field strength and the depth of magnetic field have been greatly improved to meet sorting requirements of the coarse particles of weak magnetic ore.
