摘要
介绍了在高速动车齿轮箱箱体研发中关键系统的各类计算仿真方法,阐述了高速动车齿轮箱设计计算的关键技术,并对计算分析中涉及到的技术细节和相关的试验验证进行了探讨,试验结果与仿真计算结果吻合,证明计算仿真分析方法可以应用于高速动车齿轮箱的设计中。
Various computational simulation methods for critical subsystem in the develop- ment of gearbox housings for high speed EMUs are presented, along with a review of the key technologies for design and calculation of gearboxes and an investigation into the technical details concerning computational analysis, testing and verification. The match of test results and simulating calculation results indicate that simulation analysis methods can be applied to the design of gearboxes for high speed EMUs.
