“一带一路”下中蒙俄经济走廊的通关便利化问题研究 被引量：8

摘要 中蒙俄经济走廊的建设在"一带一路"战略下具有重要意义,通关便利化能否实现关乎三国能否进一步深化合作以及"一带一路"战略能否进一步实施。然而国际公约的冲突、中蒙俄海关与过境运输的制约以及国际环境的影响加大了中蒙俄经济走廊通关便利化的难度。加快中蒙俄自贸区的建设并签订过境运输协议,完善三国过境基础设施的建设,充分发挥内蒙古口岸的作用,促进中蒙俄通关便利化是应对之策。
