摘要
选取485名大一新生,采用《闲暇满意度量表简易版》和《大学新生学校适应自评量表》进行测量,探讨其闲暇满意度与学校适应的关系。结果发现:(1)大学新生闲暇满意度在性别、专业类别和生源地上存在显著差异。男生的整体闲暇满意度和心理、教育、放松层面的闲暇满意度均高于女生,城市大学新生的心理层面闲暇满意度高于非城市学生,文史类大学新生的放松层面闲暇满意度显著高于理工类和艺体类学生。(2)大学新生学校适应在性别、专业类别和生源地上存在显著差异。男生的整体学校适应和学习适应、交往适应、情绪状态方面均好于女生,城市生源大学新生在学习适应上显著强于非城市生源的大学生,文史类大学新生在生活环境适应和交往适应方面都显著强于理工类大学新生。(3)大学新生闲暇满意度及其各维度与学校适应及其各维度都存在非常显著的正相关。回归分析表明,大学新生闲暇满意度对其学校适应有显著的正向预测作用。
This research selected 485 freshmen as the object of investigation, using Leisure Satisfac- tion Scale-short form and College Freshmen School Adaption Self-rating Scale to discuss the relationship between leisure satisfaction and school adaption. The result shows ： （ 1 ）There are significant differences in leisure satisfaction among sex,professional categories and student＇s local places. The leisure satisfaction and psychological benefits, educational benefits and relaxation benefits of male are higher than female. The psychological benefits of students from urban area is higher than those from rural area. The relaxation benefits of students major in literature and history is higher than those who major in science and engi- neering, as well as those major in arts and physics.（2）There are significant differences in school adaption among sex, professional categories and student＇s local places. The school adaption, learning adaption, communication adaption and emotional state among male are better than female, the learning adaption of students from urban area is better than those from rural area. The living environment adaption and com- munication adaption of students who major in arts and physics is better than those major in science and engineering. （3）Leisure satisfaction and its all dimensions have remarkable correlation with school adap- tion and its all dimension of college freshmen. Regression analysis shows, leisure satisfaction of college freshmen can forecast their school adaption in forward direction.
