摘要
为实现对某船用起重臂结构的轻量化设计,本文基于Hypermesh有限元前处理程序建立起重臂结构的有限元模型,并对其进行结构拓扑优化。结果表明:在不同体积比函数下,结构的主要结构拓扑具有较大的相似性,随着结构体积比函数的不断增加,结构材料分布的变化相对较小,并且相对不清晰。因此在实际加工过程中,可以优先考虑体积比函数较低的结构拓扑,当刚度要求较高时,可以根据体积比函数较大的结构拓扑,对相应的连杆结构宽度进行增加。
In order to achieve the lightweight design of a marine boom structure,we established a finite element model of the boom structure based on finite element pre-processing program HYPERMESH, and the structural topology optimization is then performed on the boom structure. The results showed that: when increasing the structure volume ratio, the structure topology having greater similarity, and the material distribution changes in the structure is relatively small and clear. Therefore, in the actual machining process, the topology structure with lower volume ratio is the first consideration. When facing higher stiffness requirements,deslgner could increase the width of the link according to the structural topology with higher volume ratio.
