摘要
采用高温高压溶液聚合的方法合成了Poly(m-xylylene adipamide)-Poly(adipic acid hexamethylene diamine)(MXD6-PA66)共聚物,聚合物的DSC分析结果表明,随着PA66含量的增大,共聚物的结晶能力减弱,熔点和玻璃化温度下降;对聚合物的TG分析表明,随着PA66含量的增强,聚合物的热稳定性增大;通过对聚合物的力学性能分析发现,随着PA66盐在MXD6-PA66共聚物中所占比例的增大,共聚物的拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度、弯曲强度都表现出下降的趋势,与之相反,共聚物的断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度随PA66盐质量比的增大呈现出上升趋势。
Poly(m-xylylene adipamide)-Poly(adipic acid hexamethylene diamine) copolymers were synthesized in solution polymerization method. The DSC analysis indicated that crystallization capacity, melting point and glass transition temperature of copolymers reduced with mass fraction of PA66 increased. The TG curves showed that thermal stability of polymers improved with mass fraction of PA66 increased. The mechanical properties of copolymers indicated that tensile elastic modulus, tensile strength and bending strength of copolymers reduced with mass fraction of PA66 increased while elongation at break and notched impact strength of copolymers were opposite.
