摘要
文章研究了在10、15、20、25、30、32、35℃不同温度对烟蚜茧蜂羽化率、寿命、性比的影响。结果表明,高温有负面的影响,温度32℃时,烟蚜茧蜂羽化率为29.44%,成蜂寿命为1.5 d,性比[♀/(♀+♂)]为27.03%;温度35℃时不能正常羽化;在大温棚内繁殖烟蚜茧蜂温度应控制在20~25℃,以20℃为最适合温度,在20℃时羽化率为68.33%,寿命为5.30 d,性比[♀/(♀+♂)]为66.71%。田间释放僵蚜或烟蚜茧蜂,选择晴天室外温度在(20±1)℃条件下为宜,有利于烟蚜茧蜂自然繁殖及发挥控害作用。
Emergence,life span and sex ratio of Aphidius gifuensis( Ashmaed) were observed in seven constant temperatures 10,15,20,25,30,32,35 ℃. The result indicated that high temperature had a negative effect on emergence ratio,life span and sex ration. Under 32 ℃,Aphidius gifuensis emergence rate was about 29. 44 %,life span was about 1. 5 d,sex ratio of ♀ /( ♀ + ♂) disorder was about 27. 03%. When temperature was at 35 ℃,the pupae was not emergence. In the green house,the suitable temperament of mass-rearing was about20- 25 ℃. In the temperature 20 ℃,emergence rate was about 68. 33 %,life span was about 5. 30 d,and sex ratio of♀ /( ♀ + ♂)was about 66. 71 %; We suggested that releasing the adult or pupae in the field in sunny day,the temperature( 20 ± 1) ℃ could be advantageous to Aphidius gifuensis survival and reproduction in the field.
