家蚕Bmβ-COP基因结构及功能

摘要 采用克隆测序、生物信息学分析及表达谱检测等方法,分析了家蚕Bmβ-COP基因的结构和功能特征,探索其与丝蛋白合成的关系。结果表明,Bmβ-COP基因在家蚕基因组中为单一拷贝,也没有选择性剪接异构体存在;在不同产丝能力的家蚕品种及其不同组织间没有表达差异;Bmβ-COP基因与不同家蚕品种间丝物质生产能力差异没有直接关联,但破坏它会影响丝腺的发育和功能,对家蚕丝蛋白合成、分泌产生不利影响。 By cloning,sequencing and bioinformatics analysis,the Bmβ-COP gene was identified. The expression pattern in different tissues was detected to reveal the relationship between Bmβ-COP expression and silk productivity in silkworm. The result showed that in genome of B. mori,β-COP is the unique locus encoding β-COP protein. No alternative splicing event occurres. There is no difference among the expression patterns of Bmβ-COP gene in different tissues of different silkworm variety. No direct relationship between Bmβ-COP expression and different silk protein production of silkworm varieties was identified,but knocking down Bmβ-COP perturbs the development and function of silk gland,resulting in worse silk productivity.
